At The Pentecostals of West Houston (POWH), we want you to feel welcome from the moment you drive on campus. There are visitor parking spots in front of the Main Sanctuary (large building) that have been reserved just for you.

Once in the door, you will be greeted by smiling, friendly faces. You will also receive assistance from our greeting team to find a seat and enjoy your worship experience at POWH. Doors open at least 1 hour before service, and we encourage you to come early to visit our coffee shop, Papa’s Place (open from 8:45-9:45am).

Our Sunday Service begins at 10am with a time of worship, followed by brief preliminaries consisting of a meet-and-greet, announcements, giving, promotional videos and/or testimonies that will encourage and inspire. Another worship song will follow, leading us into the sermon and then the altar service.  Sunday Service typically concludes around noon.  

Wednesday Midweek Service is casual and relaxed as we dive deeper into the study of God’s Word.  During the school year (Sept-May), on the First Wednesday of each month, we hold Split Sessions—a time for the men and ladies, respectively, to gather for a timely and encouraging message or testimony.

People often wonder what they should wear to church. At POWH, you will find a variety of styles. Some are in dressy attire, and others come more casually dressed. We encourage you to dress the way you feel most comfortable coming to church!
