A Note from Bishop Scott Lewis
Several years ago, I felt God place a burden on my heart for a physical expansion of POWH. With the help of the Lord, over the past 5 years, we have spent countless hours working to fulfill this vision. We've prayed, we've fasted, we've planned, we've prepared. Now, I believe the time is right to launch! In John 9:4, the Bible says that "we must work the works of him who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work." Today, let us bind together in one accord, of one mind, and accomplish the work of God in this hour. Let us show God's Love and serve our community. Let us share the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. Let us grow the Kingdom of God--we plant, we water, and God gives the increase! Let's join together to accomplish this building program and to reach as many souls as possible, TOGETHER: We Build. We Serve. We Grow. In West Houston as it is in Heaven!
